AMTH - 500
Hand Operated Hydro Testing Pump
The AMTH-500 is a hand operated hydro testing pump designed for high pressure hydrostatic testing applications. The pump is equipped with a Stainless Steel 316 plunger, Stainless Steel 304 components and a Mild Steel water tank.
The AMTH-500 provides a maximum pressure of 500 Kg/Cm² (7000 PSI) with an output of 5.65 CC per stroke and is equipped with an 18 Litre water tank.

AMTH-500 Hand Operated Hydro Testing Pump
for High Pressure Testing Applications
The AMTH-500 is a hand operated hydro testing pump designed for high pressure hydrostatic testing applications. The pump provides a maximum pressure of 500 Kg/Cm², equivalent to 7000 PSI.
The pump delivers an output of 5.65 CC per stroke and is equipped with a 12 MM single plunger and an 18 Litre water tank for testing operations.
Important components including the pressure release cock, NRV, suction pipe, foot valve and distributor block are made from Stainless Steel 304 material. The pump plunger is made from Stainless Steel 316.
The AMTH-500 is supplied with a glycerin filled Stainless Steel 304 pressure gauge with calibration certificate and a PARKER discharge pressure hose.

AMTH-500 Construction
The AMTH-500 uses specified materials for its pump components. The pump plunger is made from Stainless Steel 316, while the pressure release cock, NRV, suction pipe, foot valve and distributor block are made from Stainless Steel 304.
The water tank is manufactured from Mild Steel with a 16 gauge specification and 1.6 MM thickness. The pump is finished with a full powder coated blue color finish.
The pressure gauge is a 4” glycerin filled Stainless Steel 304 gauge supplied with a calibration certificate.
