Ambica Machine Tools manufactures and supplies FAP lined valves, pipes, fittings and accessories for corrosive and aggressive chemical services. Our range includes lined ball, plug, diaphragm, butterfly, swing check, ball check, sampling, flush bottom and globe valves, along with lined pipes, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, reducing flanges, sight flow indicators, expansion bellows, blind flanges, spacers, strainers, dip pipes and flexible hose pipes.
Lining options include FAP, PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE, PP and HDPE, with a minimum lining thickness of 3 mm and ANSI B16.5 #150 flange connections. Every product is hydraulically tested and spark tested at 15 KVDC. Special finishes, non-standard dimensions and custom FAP requirements can be considered as per application needs.

Types of FAP Lined Products
Lined Valves
Our lined valves are built for reliable isolation, control and non-return duty in corrosive lines. Available lever operated, gear operated or actuator operated.
Key Features of Lined Valves:
- Ball (2 pc design), plug, diaphragm, butterfly, check, sampling, flush bottom and globe valves.
- Body and ball in DI / ASTM A216 GR WCB / CF8 / CF8M.
- Minimum 3 mm lining with ANSI B16.5 #150 flanges.
Lined Pipes & Fittings
Lined pipes and fittings are used to build complete corrosion-resistant piping systems, with jacketed and non jacketed options for heated or cooled lines.
Key Features of Lined Pipes & Fittings:
- Pipes supplied with one loose flange and one fixed flange.
- Maximum pipe length 3 meter, 15 NB to 200 NB.
- Elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, reducing flanges and blind flanges.
Lined Accessories
Accessories complete the lined piping system and help in monitoring, filtration, vibration absorption and sampling.
Key Features of Lined Accessories:
- Sight flow indicators with toughened / borosilicate glass window.
- Y-type and basket strainers from 25 NB to 150 NB.

Lining Materials & Maximum Temperature
Lining materials are known for their excellent chemical resistance, superior electrical properties and high service temperatures. The following linings are suitable up to the respective maximum temperatures:

Technical Specifications & Testing
- Lining Thickness: 3 mm minimum. Minimum liner face (R/F) thickness of pipes and fittings should be 80% of liner thickness.
- Flange Connection: ANSI B16.5, #150 or as per customer requirement.
- Valve Testing: Hydraulic test body 15 kg/cm² and seat 11 kg/cm², pneumatic test seat 6 kg/cm², spark test 15 KVDC.
- Pipe & Fittings Testing: Hydraulic test 20 kg/cm² and spark test 15 KVDC.
- Design Standards: BS 5351 (ball valves), BS 5158 (plug valves), BS 5156 (diaphragm valves) and BS 5155 (butterfly and swing check valves).
- Material Standards (ASTM): D4895 (FAP), D3307 (PFA), D2116 (FEP), D3159 (ETFE), D3322 (PVDF) and D4101 (PP).
